What it does
Turns a dormancy anniversary into a concrete next action. When an Attio account crosses its last-touch anniversary, this workflow creates a tentative check-in event on the assigned owner's Google Calendar and sends the contact a friendly email proposing the time. Instead of just a reminder, the rep gets a real slot on the calendar that they can confirm or move.
When to use it
Use this for high-value accounts where you want a live conversation rather than another email blast. It removes the friction of scheduling by pre-placing the meeting and inviting the contact in one motion.
How it works
- 1A daily schedule scans Attio for accounts hitting their last-touch anniversary.
- 2Filter to accounts above a value threshold or with an assigned owner so only worthwhile relationships are scheduled.
- 3Find an open slot and create a tentative check-in event on the owner's Google Calendar.
- 4Send the contact a Gmail message proposing the time with a reschedule link.
- 5Note the scheduled check-in on the Attio record so the account is marked as actively worked.
