Urgent Voicemail Escalation to On-Call Rep
Detects high-urgency or at-risk-deal voicemails from transcripts and pages the on-call rep immediately while logging the call to Salesforce, so hot inbound never waits in a queue.
How it runs
The automated pipeline, trigger to output.
- TriggerInbound voicemail received via webhookHTTP webhook
- ActionTranscribe voicemail with ElevenLabsElevenLabs
- ActionScore urgency and tag reasonOpenAI
- LogicBranch: urgent vs. routine
- ActionLog call activity to SalesforceSalesforce
- OutputPage on-call rep via PagerDutyPagerDuty
What it does
This workflow triages voicemails by urgency the moment they arrive. Messages flagged as time-sensitive (deal closing, escalation, ready-to-buy) trigger an immediate PagerDuty page and a Salesforce activity, while routine messages are logged quietly without waking anyone.
When to use it
When a slow callback costs real revenue — enterprise sales lines, renewals, or any inbound where a missed hot lead walks to a competitor. Use it to guarantee the urgent 10 percent get a human in minutes.
How it works
- 1An inbound voicemail recording arrives at the webhook.
- 2ElevenLabs transcribes the message.
- 3OpenAI scores urgency and tags the reason (ready to buy, escalation, churn risk, routine).
- 4A branch checks the urgency score: routine messages skip escalation, urgent ones continue.
- 5For urgent messages, the call is logged as a Salesforce Task on the matched account.
- 6PagerDuty pages the on-call rep with the transcript snippet and callback number for an immediate response.
