Dictated lead intake that creates an enriched Attio person
Transcribes a voice memo describing a new lead met at an event, researches the company online, and creates a fully enriched Person and linked Company record in Attio.

What it does
After a conference or networking event, a rep dictates everything they remember about a new contact. The workflow transcribes it, parses out name, company, and context, looks the company up on the web to fill gaps, and creates a complete Attio Person linked to its Company so a warm lead never gets lost on a napkin.
When to use it
Use it for event and field lead capture where details live in someone's head for days before they reach the CRM. Best when you want enrichment, not just raw dictation, on first touch.
How it works
- 1A new dictation file uploaded to Dropbox triggers the run.
- 2ElevenLabs transcribes the memo.
- 3OpenAI parses the person's name, company, role, and the conversation context into structured fields.
- 4An Exa web search enriches the company with website, industry, and size.
- 5A logic step deduplicates against existing Attio records to avoid creating a second copy.
- 6The workflow creates or updates the Attio Person and links it to the enriched Company record.
