End-of-day voice debrief into a Salesforce manager digest
On a daily schedule, collects each rep's voice debrief, transcribes and summarizes them, logs activities per account in Salesforce, and emails the manager a rolled-up team digest.
How it runs
The automated pipeline, trigger to output.
- TriggerDaily after-hours schedule fires
- ActionPull all new debrief recordings from DropboxDropbox
- ActionTranscribe each recording with ElevenLabsElevenLabs
- ActionSummarize and tag accounts/outcomesOpenAI
- ActionLog Activity per matched Salesforce accountSalesforce
- OutputEmail rolled-up team digest to managerOutlook
What it does
Each rep leaves one voice debrief covering their whole day. On an evening schedule the workflow gathers all of those recordings, transcribes and summarizes each, logs the relevant activities against the right Salesforce accounts, then sends the sales manager a single digest of what moved across the team that day.
When to use it
Use it when managers want a consistent daily pulse without chasing reps for updates, and when you'd rather batch processing once at end of day than handle memos one at a time.
How it works
- 1A daily schedule fires after business hours.
- 2The workflow pulls all new debrief recordings from the shared Dropbox folder.
- 3ElevenLabs transcribes each recording.
- 4OpenAI summarizes every debrief and tags the accounts and outcomes mentioned.
- 5The workflow logs a completed Activity on each matched Salesforce account.
- 6OpenAI rolls the day's summaries into one manager digest, which is emailed via Outlook.
