How it runs

The automated pipeline, trigger to output.

  • TriggerSchedule: weekly at start of week
  • ActionPull prior week's breach eventsAxiom
  • LogicGroup by pipeline, rank by count and impact
  • LogicKeep pipelines above chronic threshold
  • OutputOpen or update Linear issue per pipelineLinearLinear

What it does

Watchdog alerts solve today; this run drives the backlog. It gathers a week of freshness breaches from Axiom, groups them by the underlying pipeline rather than by individual table, and ranks pipelines by total breach count and customer impact. For any pipeline above a threshold it opens a Linear issue (or appends to the existing one) so engineering has a standing ticket for the worst chronic offenders.

When to use it

Use it when the same pipelines breach week after week and the alerts get muted instead of fixed. This converts repeated noise into tracked, prioritized engineering work.

How it works

  1. 1A weekly schedule fires at the start of the week.
  2. 2It pulls the prior week's freshness breach events from Axiom.
  3. 3It groups breaches by causing pipeline and ranks by count and impact.
  4. 4A logic gate keeps pipelines above the chronic-breach threshold.
  5. 5It opens or updates one Linear issue per chronic pipeline with the week's stats.

Set it up

What you configure once, before turning it on.

  1. 1
    Connect AxiomLog streams, queries, dashboards.
  2. 2
    Connect LinearIssues, projects, cycles, triage.
  3. 3
Set each agent's modelWe leave models unset so you pick the tier — fast + cheap, or top-quality.
  4. 4
Tune it to your dataEdit the prompts, filters, and field mappings so it matches how your team works.
  5. 5
Test, then turn it onRun once against a sample, confirm the output, then enable the trigger.
