What it does
Intercepts inbound emails carrying contract attachments, extracts and diffs each clause against your approved master template, then makes a routing decision. Drafts that match the template trigger a polite "approved as written" reply to the sender, while drafts with material deviations are forwarded to the assigned counsel with a concise list of the offending clauses.
