What it does
Once a night it walks every open deal-room folder in Dropbox, re-checks each executed contract for its complete exhibit set, filled initials, and full signatures, and catches packets that were filed incomplete or had files removed. It compiles a single morning digest grouped by deal so the team starts the day knowing exactly which packets need attention.
When to use it
Use it as a safety net on top of intake-time checks. Files get moved, replaced, or filed early; this sweep guarantees nothing slips through and gives owners a daily worklist instead of a surprise at closing.
How it works
