Weekly Doc Screenshot Drift Triage with CEO Sign-off
Each week the CEO agent audits every documented screen against the live app, judges which drifts are cosmetic versus meaningful, files Linear tasks for the meaningful ones.
How it runs
The automated pipeline, trigger to output.
- TriggerWeekly schedule
- ActionCapture documented screens from live appBrowserbase
- LogicAgent classifies cosmetic vs meaningful drift
- ActionFile Linear tasks for meaningful driftLinear
- OutputPost prioritized triage to SlackSlack
What it does
On a weekly cadence the agent captures every documented screen from the live app, compares each against its published doc image, and reasons about the differences: it distinguishes trivial rendering noise from real UI changes that mislead readers. For each meaningful drift it opens a Linear task scoped to the owning doc page, then posts a ranked summary of what changed and what it filed to Slack.
When to use it
Use it when raw pixel diffs produce too much noise and you want judgment about which stale screenshots actually matter. The agent triages, prioritizes, and routes work instead of dumping every diff on the team.
How it works
- 1A weekly schedule starts the run.
- 2Browserbase captures each documented screen from the live app.
- 3The CEO agent diffs and classifies each screen, separating cosmetic noise from meaningful drift and ranking by reader impact.
- 4For each meaningful drift it creates a Linear task tagged to the responsible doc page and owner.
- 5It posts a prioritized triage summary to Slack so the team sees what drifted and what was queued.
Set it up
What you configure once, before turning it on.
- 1Connect BrowserbaseHeadless browsers, sessions, replays.
- 2Connect LinearIssues, projects, cycles, triage.
- 3Connect SlackChannels, DMs, threads, mentions.
- 4Set each agent's modelWe leave models unset so you pick the tier — fast + cheap, or top-quality.
- 5Tune it to your dataEdit the prompts, filters, and field mappings so it matches how your team works.
- 6Test, then turn it onRun once against a sample, confirm the output, then enable the trigger.
