CEO-Orchestrated Full Localization Release for a Course Module
A chat-triggered agent that takes a course module, plans the localization work across languages, runs transcription, translation, subtitle and dub generation.
How it runs
The automated pipeline, trigger to output.
- TriggerChat request to CEO agent to localize a module
- ActionList module videos in Dropbox and plan workDropbox
- ActionTranscribe and translate per language with Hugging FaceHugging Face
- ActionGenerate subtitles and dubs with ElevenLabsElevenLabs
- ActionStore all artifacts to R2Cloudflare R2
- OutputPublish release manifest in NotionNotion
What it does
An operator asks the CEO agent in chat to localize a whole course module. The agent plans the work, pulls the module's videos from Dropbox, drives transcription and translation, generates subtitles and dubs per language, stores assets in R2, and publishes a release manifest in Notion that links every artifact.
When to use it
Use it for one-shot, end-to-end module releases where the scope and language set vary per request and you want an agent to coordinate the multi-step pipeline rather than a fixed deterministic flow. Good for ad hoc launches and re-localizations.
How it works
- 1A chat message to the CEO agent names the module and target languages.
- 2The agent lists the module's source videos in Dropbox and builds a per-lesson work plan.
- 3It transcribes each lesson via Hugging Face and translates the text into each requested language.
- 4It generates subtitle files and ElevenLabs dubs, reasoning about retries when a step fails.
- 5All artifacts are written to R2 under the module and language structure.
- 6The agent assembles a Notion release manifest linking every subtitle, dub, and transcript.
Set it up
What you configure once, before turning it on.

Accepts a blog URL via webhook, scrapes the article, generates a B-roll clip per paragraph with Replicate and a voiceover with ElevenLabs.
