What it does

An operator asks the CEO agent in chat to localize a whole course module. The agent plans the work, pulls the module's videos from Dropbox, drives transcription and translation, generates subtitles and dubs per language, stores assets in R2, and publishes a release manifest in Notion that links every artifact.

When to use it

Use it for one-shot, end-to-end module releases where the scope and language set vary per request and you want an agent to coordinate the multi-step pipeline rather than a fixed deterministic flow. Good for ad hoc launches and re-localizations.

How it works

  1. 1A chat message to the CEO agent names the module and target languages.
  2. 2The agent lists the module's source videos in Dropbox and builds a per-lesson work plan.
  3. 3It transcribes each lesson via Hugging Face and translates the text into each requested language.
  4. 4It generates subtitle files and ElevenLabs dubs, reasoning about retries when a step fails.
  5. 5All artifacts are written to R2 under the module and language structure.
  6. 6The agent assembles a Notion release manifest linking every subtitle, dub, and transcript.
