It scrapes each competitor's newest transcript, compares the extracted themes against the prior quarter's stored themes, and computes a shift score. Only competitors crossing a materiality threshold trigger a Slack post, so the channel stays signal-heavy. The digest ranks who moved most and quotes the line that proves it.
