Build meeting-prep briefs for prospects speaking at an event
For a list of speakers flagged as prospects, generates a one-page meeting-prep brief covering company, role, recent news, and a tailored opener.
How it runs
The automated pipeline, trigger to output.
- TriggerSpeakers marked as prospects in the event list
- ActionRetrieve company profile, role history, and recent newsExa
- ActionBackfill thin results with web searchBrave Search
- ActionDraft a one-page meeting-prep brief with a tailored openerOpenAI
- LogicMatch brief to existing HubSpot company or create oneHubSpot
- OutputAttach brief as a note on the HubSpot recordHubSpot
What it does
Turns a shortlist of prospect speakers into ready-to-use meeting briefs. For each name it gathers company background, the person's role and recent activity, and drafts a personalized conversation opener, then files the brief on the right HubSpot company so reps walk in prepared.
When to use it
Run it a few days before a conference once you know which prospects will be on stage or in the room. It replaces the last-minute scramble of Googling each contact before a hallway meeting.
How it works
- 1The flow triggers when you mark speakers as prospects in your event list.
- 2Exa retrieves each person's company profile, role history, and recent press or product news.
- 3Brave Search backfills any speakers Exa returned thin results on.
- 4OpenAI writes a one-page brief per speaker: company snapshot, role, three recent signals, and a tailored opener.
- 5The flow matches each brief to an existing HubSpot company or creates one if missing.
- 6Briefs attach to the HubSpot record as a note so the owning rep sees them.
Set it up
