Monthly Feature-Flag Debt Report to Notion
Each month it inventories every flag, scores them by how long they've been fully rolled out.
How it runs
The automated pipeline, trigger to output.
- TriggerMonthly schedule triggers the report
- ActionFetch full flag inventory with datesHTTP webhook
- LogicScore and rank flags by staleness
- ActionPublish ranked debt report to NotionNotion
- OutputPost summary of top offenders to SlackSlack
What it does
This produces a recurring snapshot of feature-flag debt. It pulls the full flag inventory, calculates how long each fully-rolled-out flag has sat past the threshold, ranks them by staleness, and writes a clean report page to Notion that leadership and teams can review.
When to use it
Use it when you want visibility and trend tracking rather than per-flag tickets — a standing artifact for sprint planning or platform-health reviews that shows whether flag debt is growing or shrinking month over month.
How it works
- 1A monthly schedule triggers the report.
- 2An action fetches the complete flag inventory with rollout dates.
- 3A logic step scores and ranks flags by days past the staleness threshold.
- 4An action creates or updates a Notion page with the ranked debt table and totals.
- 5The output posts a one-line summary with the top offenders to Slack.
Set it up
What you configure once, before turning it on.
- 1Connect HTTP webhookTrigger any URL on agent actions.
- 2Connect NotionPages, databases, comments.
- 3Connect SlackChannels, DMs, threads, mentions.
- 4Set each agent's modelWe leave models unset so you pick the tier — fast + cheap, or top-quality.
- 5Tune it to your dataEdit the prompts, filters, and field mappings so it matches how your team works.
- 6Test, then turn it onRun once against a sample, confirm the output, then enable the trigger.
