How it runs

The automated pipeline, trigger to output.

  • TriggerScheduled check of Figma 'Ready to Post' pageFigmaFigma
  • LogicFilter to approved frames not yet exported
  • ActionExport each frame as an ordered 1080x1080 slideFigmaFigma
  • ActionDraft caption and hashtags from frame text
  • OutputStage carousel as Instagram draft for schedulingSocial publishing

What it does

Turns a designer-approved Figma page into a ready-to-schedule Instagram carousel. When frames land on the page marked for posting, it exports them in order, generates a first-draft caption, and stages the post so a social manager only has to pick a time and hit go.

When to use it

Use it when design and social are different people and the handoff is currently a manual export-and-DM dance. Best for teams shipping daily or weekly carousels where the frames already live in a tidy, ordered Figma page.

How it works

  1. 1A schedule check polls the named Figma file page for frames tagged or prefixed as approved.
  2. 2It filters to only frames not yet exported (tracked by frame node ID) so nothing double-posts.
  3. 3Each approved frame is exported at 1080x1080 PNG in frame order to build the slide sequence.
  4. 4A caption draft is written from the frame titles and layer text, with a hook line and hashtags.
  5. 5The assembled slide set plus caption is staged to the social scheduler as a draft Instagram carousel for human approval and timing.
