DOCUMENT OPS
Compile a weekly Figma design changelog into Coda and archive frames to Dropbox
Every Friday this scans a Figma file for frames changed that week, builds a changelog row in a Coda doc with before/after thumbnails.
How it runs
The automated pipeline, trigger to output.
- TriggerWeekly schedule (Friday 4pm)
- ActionRead Figma frame metadata and edit timestampsFigma
- LogicFilter to frames changed in the past 7 days
- ActionRender PNG exports of changed framesFigma
- ActionAppend changelog rows with thumbnails to CodaCoda
- OutputArchive exports to /design-archive/<week> in DropboxDropbox
What it does
Gives stakeholders a weekly record of what changed in a design file. It diffs the file against last week's snapshot, lists the modified frames in a Coda changelog table, and stashes fresh exports in Dropbox as the new baseline for next week's comparison.
When to use it
Use it when non-designers (PMs, marketing, leadership) need a digestible weekly summary of design progress without opening Figma, and you want an audit trail of frame versions in Dropbox.
How it works
- 1A weekly schedule kicks the flow off every Friday afternoon.
- 2It reads the Figma file's current frame metadata and last-edited timestamps.
- 3Frames whose timestamps fall inside the past week are filtered as 'changed'.
- 4For each changed frame it renders a fresh PNG export.
- 5A new dated row is appended to the Coda changelog with the frame name and thumbnail.
- 6The exports are uploaded to a `/design-archive/<week>` folder in Dropbox, becoming next week's baseline.
Set it up
What you configure once, before turning it on.
- 1Connect FigmaFiles, frames, comments, assets.
- 2Connect CodaDocs, packs, automations.
- 3Connect DropboxFiles and folders.
- 4Set each agent's modelWe leave models unset so you pick the tier — fast + cheap, or top-quality.
- 5Tune it to your dataEdit the prompts, filters, and field mappings so it matches how your team works.
- 6Test, then turn it onRun once against a sample, confirm the output, then enable the trigger.

Narrate new Dropbox PDFs into MP3 audio versions
When a PDF lands in a watched Dropbox folder, extract its text and generate an ElevenLabs voice narration.
On-demand PDF narration via webhook with emailed audio link
Accepts a PDF URL through a webhook, generates an ElevenLabs narration with the requested voice, stores the MP3, and emails the requester a download link.
Triage emailed contract redlines and route by risk
When a counterparty emails a redlined contract, extracts the attachment, diffs clauses against approved templates.
Batch-narrate a Google Drive PDF folder in multiple languages
On a schedule, finds PDFs in a Google Drive folder that lack audio, then generates ElevenLabs narrations in each configured language and files them into per-language subfolders…
