Weekly Proration Anomaly Audit to Notion
Each week it aggregates all flagged proration discrepancies from Snowflake, scores them against anomaly thresholds, and publishes a finance-ready audit page in Notion with totals.
How it runs
The automated pipeline, trigger to output.
- TriggerWeekly schedule
- ActionQuery Snowflake for flagged discrepancies and open memosSnowflake
- LogicAggregate by direction/size and check thresholds
- ActionPublish audit page to NotionNotion
- OutputPost threshold-breach heads-up to SlackSlack
What it does
This rolls up the week's reconciliation findings into a single reviewable audit. It reads every flagged proration discrepancy from your Snowflake reconciliation table, classifies them by size and direction (owed-to-customer vs revenue-leakage), checks counts against your anomaly thresholds, and builds a Notion page finance can read in two minutes: net dollar exposure, top accounts, and any credit memos still unresolved.
When to use it
Use it for a recurring finance close ritual or board-prep where someone needs the proration health of the book at a glance, not a raw query export. The threshold check also surfaces weeks where mischarge volume spikes, which usually signals a pricing-config or webhook regression worth investigating.
How it works
- 1A weekly schedule triggers the audit.
- 2The workflow queries Snowflake for the week's flagged discrepancies and unresolved memos.
- 3It aggregates totals by direction and size and evaluates them against anomaly thresholds.
- 4It composes the audit page with net exposure, top accounts, and open items.
- 5The page is published to the finance workspace in Notion.
- 6If thresholds are breached, a heads-up with the page link is posted to Slack.
