ENGINEERING
Weekly Flaky Debt Rollup and Aging Report
Every week it scans open flaky-test ClickUp items, escalates any that have aged past their SLA, and publishes a Confluence rollup with quarantine counts, top offenders, and stale…
How it runs
The automated pipeline, trigger to output.
- TriggerWeekly schedule
- ActionPull open flaky-test items from ClickUpClickUp
- LogicBucket items by age against SLA
- ActionEscalate SLA-breaching items in ClickUpClickUp
- ActionPublish rollup to ConfluenceConfluence
- OutputPost highlights to SlackSlack
What it does
It keeps the flaky-test backlog honest. Once a week it reviews every open ClickUp item tagged as a flaky test, flags ones that have sat untouched beyond their SLA, and publishes a Confluence page summarizing how many tests are quarantined, which are worst, and what is going stale.
When to use it
Use it when flaky-test items pile up and never get closed. The aging escalation and weekly visibility give engineering leads a standing artifact for review and prevent quarantine from becoming a graveyard.
How it works
- 1A weekly schedule triggers the workflow.
- 2It pulls all open ClickUp items tagged flaky-test with their age and status.
- 3A logic step splits items into healthy, aging, and SLA-breaching buckets.
- 4SLA-breaching items get a priority bump and a comment in ClickUp.
- 5It compiles counts, top offenders, and stale items into a report.
- 6It publishes or updates a Confluence page and posts the highlights to Slack.
Set it up
What you configure once, before turning it on.
- 1Connect ClickUpDocs + tasks + chats in one workspace.
- 2Connect ConfluenceSpaces, pages, blueprints.
- 3Connect SlackChannels, DMs, threads, mentions.
- 4Set each agent's modelWe leave models unset so you pick the tier — fast + cheap, or top-quality.
- 5Tune it to your dataEdit the prompts, filters, and field mappings so it matches how your team works.
- 6Test, then turn it onRun once against a sample, confirm the output, then enable the trigger.
