Weekly license-governance digest of all vendored model changes
Once a week, summarizes every HuggingFace license change logged during the week into a single governance digest, publishes it to Coda, and emails the rollup to stakeholders.
How it runs
The automated pipeline, trigger to output.
- TriggerWeekly schedule
- ActionQuery Coda risk log for last 7 daysCoda
- LogicBucket changes by severity and count them
- ActionAgent writes narrative governance digestOpenAI
- OutputPublish digest page to CodaCoda
- OutputEmail rollup to stakeholdersOutlook
What it does
Rolls the week's individual license-change events into one readable governance summary. It reads the License Risk Log in Coda for the past seven days, groups changes by severity, and produces a digest covering what changed, which models are now restricted, what's still open, and what was resolved. The digest is published as a Coda page and emailed to the governance distribution list.
When to use it
Use it when leadership and legal want a steady weekly pulse rather than a stream of per-event alerts. It pairs with the daily scan and the escalation workflow: those handle real-time risk, this gives the recurring reporting cadence reviewers expect.
How it works
A weekly schedule queries the Coda risk log for rows created or updated in the last seven days. A logic step buckets them into restrictive, neutral, and resolved, and computes counts. An agent writes a concise narrative digest from the buckets, leading with the items needing action. The flow publishes the digest as a new Coda page and sends the same summary via Outlook to the stakeholder list, with a link back to the Coda page for detail.
