What it does

For every company in a HubSpot list, it gathers current open-role volume by function and the trend versus the last sync, computes a simple hiring-momentum score, and writes that score and a short narrative onto the company record. Reps and routing rules can then act on hiring momentum as native CRM data.

When to use it

When your team lives in HubSpot and you want hiring signal to drive lead scoring, account prioritization, or territory routing without anyone copy-pasting from a careers page.

How it works

  1. 1A scheduled run reads the target company list from HubSpot.
  2. 2Apify scrapes each company's open postings and counts roles by department.
  3. 3A logic step compares totals to the previous sync and assigns a momentum score (accelerating, steady, cooling).
  4. 4OpenAI writes a one-line account summary explaining the score.
  5. 5The score and summary are written back to the HubSpot company properties for each account.
