Handbook Gap Digest from Unanswered HR Questions
Each week, reviews questions the concierge could not confidently answer from the handbook and sends HR a prioritized digest of policy gaps to document in Confluence.

What it does
Closes the loop between what employees ask and what the handbook actually covers. It clusters low-confidence and unanswered concierge questions into themes and hands HR a ranked list of missing or unclear policies.
When to use it
Run this when you want the handbook to improve itself over time. Instead of HR guessing what to document next, the digest surfaces the real questions the bot keeps failing on, ranked by frequency.
How it works
- 1A weekly schedule triggers the digest job.
- 2The flow reads logged concierge interactions where the answer confidence was low or the bot deferred.
- 3An LLM clusters those questions into recurring topics and notes which had no matching Confluence page.
- 4A logic step ranks topics by volume and recency to set documentation priority.
- 5A draft outline for each top gap is generated as a starting point for HR authors.
- 6The ranked digest with draft outlines is emailed to the HR content owners.
