Weekly Patch Posture Rollup to Leadership
Each Monday, rolls up the week's patch-compliance data from Snowflake into a fleet-wide posture summary, charts the compliant-versus-stale trend.
How it runs
The automated pipeline, trigger to output.
- TriggerMonday-morning schedule triggers the rollup
- ActionAggregate trailing-7-day compliance from SnowflakeSnowflake
- LogicDerive compliance %, severity split, and WoW delta
- LogicAssemble the HTML leadership digest
- OutputEmail the posture digest to IT leadershipGmail
What it does
Aggregates a week of patch-compliance history into a single leadership-facing report: percent compliant, count of stale endpoints by severity, week-over-week movement, and the longest-overdue devices.
When to use it
Use this when leadership wants a recurring posture number rather than ticket-level noise. It answers "are we getting more or less exposed?" without anyone hand-building a slide.
How it works
- 1A Monday-morning schedule triggers the rollup.
- 2The flow runs an aggregation query against the Snowflake compliance warehouse for the trailing seven days.
- 3A computation step derives the compliance percentage, severity breakdown, and week-over-week delta.
- 4It assembles an HTML digest with the headline number, the trend direction, and the top overdue devices.
- 5The digest is emailed to the IT leadership distribution list as the final output.
Set it up
What you configure once, before turning it on.
