What it does

Verbal kickoffs are full of half-commitments: "someone should look into that," "we'll get to it soon." This workflow reads the transcript and surfaces only the ambiguous ones, the tasks with no named owner or no concrete date, and pushes them to the project manager in Teams as a punch list of decisions still needed.

When to use it

Run it alongside your main commitment-to-board pipeline. While that flow tracks clean commitments, this one rescues the fuzzy ones so nothing important falls through because nobody claimed it on the call.

How it works

  1. 1A Zoom recording-completed event triggers the run.
  2. 2OpenAI extracts all commitments and marks each as having a clear owner, a clear date, both, or neither.
  3. 3A logic step keeps only commitments missing an owner, a date, or both.
  4. 4If any ambiguous items exist, the workflow formats them into a clarification checklist.
  5. 5A Microsoft Teams message is posted to the PM channel listing each gap and what is missing.
