PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Ambiguous Kickoff Promise Catcher and Escalator
Scans a finished Zoom kickoff for commitments that lack a clear owner or a firm date.
How it runs
The automated pipeline, trigger to output.

What it does
Verbal kickoffs are full of half-commitments: "someone should look into that," "we'll get to it soon." This workflow reads the transcript and surfaces only the ambiguous ones, the tasks with no named owner or no concrete date, and pushes them to the project manager in Teams as a punch list of decisions still needed.
When to use it
Run it alongside your main commitment-to-board pipeline. While that flow tracks clean commitments, this one rescues the fuzzy ones so nothing important falls through because nobody claimed it on the call.
How it works
- 1A Zoom recording-completed event triggers the run.
- 2OpenAI extracts all commitments and marks each as having a clear owner, a clear date, both, or neither.
- 3A logic step keeps only commitments missing an owner, a date, or both.
- 4If any ambiguous items exist, the workflow formats them into a clarification checklist.
- 5A Microsoft Teams message is posted to the PM channel listing each gap and what is missing.
Set it up
What you configure once, before turning it on.
- 1Connect ZoomMeetings, recordings, transcripts.
- 2Connect OpenAIModels, embeddings, files.
- 3Connect Microsoft TeamsChannels, chats, files.
- 4Set each agent's modelWe leave models unset so you pick the tier — fast + cheap, or top-quality.
- 5Tune it to your dataEdit the prompts, filters, and field mappings so it matches how your team works.
- 6Test, then turn it onRun once against a sample, confirm the output, then enable the trigger.
