  • ActionLocalize per region with merged glossaryOpenAI
  • OutputPublish variants and glossary updates to NotionNotionNotion

What it does

Adds a judgment layer before localization. A Paperclip agent reads the approved draft, detects product or domain terms that are not yet in the glossary, and proposes definitions and locked translations. After a human confirms the additions, the agent localizes the draft into each region using the now-complete glossary, so new terminology never drifts on its first run.

When to use it

Use it for evolving product areas where each new post introduces terms the glossary does not cover yet, and you want the glossary to grow under control rather than letting translators improvise.

How it works

  1. 1The trigger fires when a draft is marked ready for localization.
  2. 2The agent extracts candidate terms missing from the glossary and drafts proposed entries.
  3. 3A logic step pauses for human approval of the proposed glossary additions.
  4. 4An OpenAI step localizes the draft per region against the merged glossary.
  5. 5A Notion action publishes the variants and the updated glossary entries.
