What it does

Turns a rejection into an automatic redo. When a reviewer rejects a localized image and supplies corrected copy, the workflow regenerates that single variant with the fixed on-image text and sends it straight back into the review queue for a second pass.

When to use it

Use it to eliminate the back-and-forth where a reviewer rejects a translation, an operator manually edits the file, and re-uploads. Here the reviewer's correction directly drives the regeneration, so revision cycles take minutes.

How it works

  1. 1A Notion event fires when a review-queue card is set to Rejected with corrected copy in the revision field.
  2. 2A logic step confirms corrected text was actually provided; if not, it routes the card back to the reviewer for input.
  3. 3The flow retrieves the original master from Dropbox.
  4. 4generate-image re-renders the variant using the reviewer's corrected on-image text.
  5. 5The card is updated to Needs Re-review with the new image, the prior version, and a revision counter so endless loops are visible.
  6. 6The reviewer is the final delivery surface; the loop repeats only if rejected again.
