How it runs

The automated pipeline, trigger to output.

  • TriggerOperator runs the batch localization job
  • ActionFetch master image and brand layout from DropboxDropboxDropbox
  • ActionRead per-locale copy rows from AirtableAirtableAirtable
  • ActionRegenerate image per locale with translated on-image textImage generation
  • LogicFlag locales whose text overflows the layout box
  • OutputFile each variant into the Notion translation review queueNotionNotion

What it does

Takes one master creative and a spreadsheet of locale-by-locale copy, then produces a localized image for every locale by swapping the on-image text. Each generated variant lands in a Notion review queue paired with its source and translated strings so a linguist can approve or reject before publish.

When to use it

Use it when marketing has a single hero or ad creative that needs to ship in 10+ languages and you want one operator-run job instead of hand-editing each file. Ideal for seasonal campaigns where copy changes but layout stays fixed.

How it works

  1. 1An operator runs the workflow against an Airtable base holding one row per locale (locale code, headline, subhead, CTA).
  2. 2The flow fetches the master image and brand layout reference from Dropbox.
  3. 3For each locale row it calls generate-image to render the creative with the translated text composited in place.
  4. 4A logic step flags locales whose translated string overflows the original text box for special attention.
  5. 5Each variant, its source English copy, and the overflow flag are written as a new card in a Notion review-queue database.
  6. 6Reviewers approve in Notion; the queue is the single delivery surface.
