How it runs

The automated pipeline, trigger to output.

  • TriggerWebhook: new target locale registeredHTTP webhook
  • ActionList all active master creatives in DropboxDropboxDropbox
  • LogicSkip creatives already localized for this locale
  • ActionRegenerate each creative with the new locale's textImage generation
  • ActionFile variants into the Notion review queueNotionNotion
  • OutputNotify the localization lead in SlackSlack

What it does

Listens for a new-locale event and backfills the entire creative library for just that locale. It pulls every active master creative, regenerates each one with the new locale's translated text, and queues the whole set for linguistic review in one pass.

When to use it

Use it when expanding into a new market. Instead of an operator remembering which 40 creatives need a French-Canadian variant, registering the locale triggers the full backfill automatically.

How it works

  1. 1A webhook fires when a new locale is added to your localization registry (locale code plus its copy table reference).
  2. 2The flow lists all active master creatives stored in Dropbox.
  3. 3A logic step skips any creative already localized for that locale to avoid duplicates.
  4. 4For each remaining creative, generate-image renders the variant with the new locale's on-image text.
  5. 5Every new variant is filed as a card in the Notion translation review queue, grouped under the new locale.
  6. 6A Slack message notifies the localization lead that the backfill is ready for review.
