Weekly Digest of Loom Bug Reports
On a weekly schedule, it gathers the week's Loom bug videos, summarizes each into repro steps and themes, and posts a grouped digest to Notion and Slack for triage review.
How it runs
The automated pipeline, trigger to output.
- TriggerWeekly schedule
- ActionList week's Loom bug videosLoom
- ActionFetch transcriptsLoom
- ActionSummarize + cluster by theme via LLMOpenAI
- ActionCreate grouped Notion digest pageNotion
- OutputPost digest summary to SlackSlack
What it does
Produces a weekly rollup of every bug-report Loom recorded that week. It collects the videos, transcribes and summarizes each into a short repro, clusters them by affected area and recurring theme, and publishes a single digest page in Notion plus a summary message in Slack to anchor your triage meeting.
When to use it
Use it when bug Looms trickle in throughout the week and you want one structured place to review them together rather than scattered links. Good for teams that run a recurring bug-triage or quality sync.
How it works
- 1A weekly schedule triggers the flow.
- 2A Loom action lists videos shared in the watched workspace over the past seven days.
- 3A Loom action fetches each transcript.
- 4An OpenAI step summarizes each into title, repro, and affected area, then clusters them by theme.
- 5A Notion action creates the digest page grouped by area.
- 6A Slack message links the digest and highlights the top recurring themes.
Set it up
What you configure once, before turning it on.
- 1Connect LoomVideo transcripts, libraries.
- 2Connect OpenAIModels, embeddings, files.
- 3Connect NotionPages, databases, comments.
- 4Connect SlackChannels, DMs, threads, mentions.
- 5Set each agent's modelWe leave models unset so you pick the tier — fast + cheap, or top-quality.
- 6Tune it to your dataEdit the prompts, filters, and field mappings so it matches how your team works.
- 7Test, then turn it onRun once against a sample, confirm the output, then enable the trigger.
