CONTENT CREATION
Loom tutorial draft with quality gate and human review
Chapters a Loom demo into a draft Coda tutorial, scores the transcript for clarity.

- ActionGenerate cover images for passing demosImage generation
- OutputPublish doc or create draft with review notes in CodaCoda
What it does
Adds an editorial guardrail to auto-generated tutorials. After chaptering a Loom demo into Coda, it scores the demo's clarity and completeness. Clean demos publish straight away; demos with gaps, filler, or missing steps are marked as drafts and assigned for review so half-baked content never ships.
When to use it
Use it when you want the speed of automatic chaptering but cannot risk publishing low-quality or incoherent walkthroughs to a public help center or customer-facing space.
How it works
- 1A finished Loom recording triggers the flow.
- 2OpenAI chapters the transcript and returns a quality score with reasons (audio gaps, vague narration, missing steps).
- 3A logic step branches on the score threshold.
- 4For passing demos, generate-image creates cover images and a Coda action publishes the tutorial.
- 5For failing demos, the Coda doc is created as a draft, tagged with the quality notes, and assigned to an editor.
- 6The outcome (published URL or review task link) is returned.
