How it runs

The automated pipeline, trigger to output.

  • TriggerSalesforce milestone marked missedSalesforce
  • ActionRead MAP steps and dependencies from NotionNotionNotion
  • LogicRe-sequence downstream steps and dates
  • ActionWrite revised plan to NotionNotionNotion
  • OutputPost re-plan summary to SlackSlack

What it does

Reacts to a slipped milestone by re-planning the rest of the close. An agent reads the dependency chain, shifts every downstream step, and either protects or renegotiates the close date, then publishes the updated MAP.

When to use it

Use it when one missed step (security review, legal redline, budget sign-off) forces a real re-plan rather than a simple reminder, and you want the close plan to stay internally consistent without manual rework.

How it works

  1. 1A Salesforce event fires when a MAP milestone's status changes to missed.
  2. 2The agent reads the full step list and dependencies from Notion to understand what hangs off the missed milestone.
  3. 3It re-sequences downstream steps, computing new realistic dates and noting which steps now threaten the committed close date.
  4. 4It writes the revised plan and a change summary back into the Notion MAP.
  5. 5It posts a re-plan summary to the deal Slack channel flagging any close-date risk for the rep to confirm.
