How it runs

The automated pipeline, trigger to output.

  • TriggerDaily schedule (8am owner local)
  • ActionFetch open opportunities + MAP stepsHubSpotHubSpot
  • LogicKeep steps past due and not complete
  • LogicGroup slipped steps by deal owner
  • OutputDM owning AE the slipped-step digestSlack

What it does

Every morning this workflow reads the mutual action plan attached to each open HubSpot opportunity, finds steps whose due date has passed while their status is still open, and pings the deal owner directly in Slack with the specific slipped step, how many days late it is, and a link back to the deal. No more dead steps quietly aging in a spreadsheet.

When to use it

Run it when your AEs co-build close plans with buyers but nobody is watching the calendar between calls. It catches the silent slip — the demo recap that never got sent, the security review that stalled — before it becomes a slipped quarter.

How it works

  1. 1A daily schedule fires the run.
  2. 2Pull all open opportunities and their mutual-action-plan steps from HubSpot.
  3. 3Filter to steps where the due date is in the past and status is not complete.
  4. 4For each owner, group their slipped steps into one digest.
  5. 5Send the owning AE a direct Slack message listing each stalled step, its days-overdue count, and the deal link.
