MARKET RESEARCH
On-Demand New-Term Deep-Dive Research Agent
On request, an agent investigates a single emerging term using Brave Search and Exa, traces who is using it and what they mean by it.
How it runs
The automated pipeline, trigger to output.
- TriggerWebhook submits a term to investigateHTTP webhook
- ActionMap mainstream usage via Brave SearchBrave Search
- ActionSurface related sources via ExaExa
- LogicClassify term as signal or noise
- OutputPublish cited briefing to NotionNotion
What it does
Gives you a researched verdict on one term. When you submit a term, an agent runs iterative searches across Brave Search and Exa, reads the most relevant sources, and assembles a briefing: who is using the term, the definitions in circulation, adjacent and competing terms, and a judgment on whether it signals a durable category shift. The briefing lands in Notion with citations.
When to use it
Use it when a term keeps showing up in sales calls or analyst notes and you need a fast, sourced answer on whether to adopt it — rather than a recurring scan. Good for messaging leads and founders making a positioning call.
How it works
- 1A webhook submits the term to investigate.
- 2The agent issues Brave Search queries to map mainstream usage and context.
- 3The agent runs Exa queries to surface semantically related and recent sources.
- 4The agent reasons over the gathered evidence to classify the term as signal or noise and identify competing labels.
- 5A cited briefing is published to a Notion page for the requester.
