Research Interview Knowledge Base Curator (Agent)
An agent-driven workflow that ingests a Zoom interview, updates a living Notion research knowledge base by merging new findings into existing theme pages.
How it runs
The automated pipeline, trigger to output.
- TriggerZoom recording completedZoom
- ActionFetch transcriptZoom
- ActionRead existing Notion knowledge baseNotion
- ActionAgent merges findings into theme pagesNotion
- LogicIsolate contradictions with prior calls
- OutputQueue contradictions for human reviewNotion
What it does
Maintains a self-organizing research knowledge base. Instead of dumping each interview into a new note, an agent reads the transcript, decides which existing theme pages it reinforces or contradicts, and updates them in place, keeping a coherent picture over time.
When to use it
Use it for long-running research programs where the value is the evolving synthesis, not individual call notes. Best when you already keep a structured Notion repository of themes and personas.
How it works
- 1A Zoom recording-completed event triggers the flow.
- 2The agent fetches the transcript from Zoom.
- 3It reads the current Notion knowledge base to understand existing themes and prior claims.
- 4The agent extracts findings and reasons about where each belongs, merging supporting evidence into the right theme pages.
- 5A logic step isolates findings that contradict earlier interviews.
- 6Contradictions are written to a Notion review queue for a human, while confirmed updates are committed to the knowledge base.
Set it up
What you configure once, before turning it on.
- 1Connect ZoomMeetings, recordings, transcripts.
- 2Connect NotionPages, databases, comments.
- 3Set each agent's modelWe leave models unset so you pick the tier — fast + cheap, or top-quality.
- 4Tune it to your dataEdit the prompts, filters, and field mappings so it matches how your team works.
- 5Test, then turn it onRun once against a sample, confirm the output, then enable the trigger.
