SUMMARIZATION
Weekly Recurring-Objection Digest from Zoom Sales Calls
Every week, pulls the past 7 days of recorded Zoom sales-call transcripts, clusters the objections raised across all of them.
How it runs
The automated pipeline, trigger to output.
- TriggerWeekly schedule (Monday 7am)
- ActionList + fetch past-7-day Zoom call transcriptsZoom
- ActionExtract objections per call (LLM)OpenAI
- ActionCluster objections into themes with counts (LLM)OpenAI
- LogicRank themes by frequency and week-over-week trend
- OutputPublish ranked digest to Notion pageNotion
What it does
Once a week it gathers all recorded Zoom sales calls from the last 7 days, reads their transcripts, and uses an LLM to extract every objection or blocker a prospect raised. It then clusters those objections into recurring themes (price, timing, security, missing feature, competitor) and writes a ranked weekly digest to a Notion page so the team sees the same patterns instead of one-off anecdotes.
When to use it
When reps keep losing deals for reasons nobody has quantified, and leadership wants a standing weekly read on what actually blocks prospects rather than scattered call notes.
How it works
- 1A weekly schedule fires the workflow Monday morning.
- 2The Zoom step lists cloud recordings from the past 7 days and fetches each transcript.
- 3An OpenAI step extracts a structured list of objections per call with verbatim quotes.
- 4A second OpenAI step clusters all objections across calls into named themes with counts.
- 5The workflow ranks themes by frequency and trend versus the prior week.
- 6A Notion step publishes the ranked digest with example quotes under each theme.
Set it up
What you configure once, before turning it on.
- 1Connect ZoomMeetings, recordings, transcripts.
- 2Connect OpenAIModels, embeddings, files.
- 3Connect NotionPages, databases, comments.
- 4Set each agent's modelWe leave models unset so you pick the tier — fast + cheap, or top-quality.
- 5Tune it to your dataEdit the prompts, filters, and field mappings so it matches how your team works.
- 6Test, then turn it onRun once against a sample, confirm the output, then enable the trigger.
