SUMMARIZATION
Alert the product channel when one objection theme spikes across deals
On a daily schedule, scans recent call objections in Salesforce, detects when a single theme or competitor is suddenly trending across multiple accounts.

The automated pipeline, trigger to output.

What it does
This workflow watches the objection stream for momentum. Each day it counts objections by theme and competitor across recent deals, compares the volume to the prior baseline, and flags any theme that is spiking — so product hears about an emerging blocker in days, not at the next QBR.
When to use it
Use it when objection data is flowing into Salesforce and you want an early-warning signal for product and competitive intel teams. Best for orgs with enough deal volume that week-over-week shifts are meaningful.
How it works
- 1A daily schedule starts the run.
- 2The workflow queries objection notes logged in Salesforce over a rolling window.
- 3OpenAI normalizes free-text objections into a consistent set of themes and competitor names.
- 4A logic step compares each theme's current count against its trailing baseline and keeps only the ones that spiked.
- 5If any theme crossed the threshold, a ranked digest — theme, affected accounts, representative quote — is posted to the product Slack channel.
Set it up
What you configure once, before turning it on.
- 1Connect SalesforceAccounts, opportunities, cases.
- 2Connect OpenAIModels, embeddings, files.
- 3Connect SlackChannels, DMs, threads, mentions.
- 4Set each agent's modelWe leave models unset so you pick the tier — fast + cheap, or top-quality.
- 5Tune it to your dataEdit the prompts, filters, and field mappings so it matches how your team works.
- 6Test, then turn it onRun once against a sample, confirm the output, then enable the trigger.
