What it does

This workflow lets a rep drop a Zoom recording link into a form and get back a polished, shareable objection summary for the deal room. For each objection it captures the buyer's concern, the rep's response, and whether the objection was resolved or left open — giving deal teams a coaching-ready artifact.

When to use it

Use it for ad-hoc calls that did not auto-trigger (external meetings, re-recorded sessions) or when you want a rep-initiated, account-facing summary rather than a raw CRM note. Good for deal teams that run their account workspace in Coda.

How it works

  1. 1A webhook fires when a rep submits the recording link and account name via a form.
  2. 2The workflow retrieves the recording's transcript from Zoom.
  3. 3OpenAI extracts each objection along with the rep's handling and a resolved/open status.
  4. 4The workflow finds or creates the account's deal-room page in Coda.
  5. 5A formatted summary card — objections, responses, open items — is added to that deal room for the team to review.
