Daily cross-team blocker digest posted to a Notion roadmap page
Each morning scans all open ClickUp tasks blocked by another team, ranks them by how close they are to breaking their downstream due date.
How it runs
The automated pipeline, trigger to output.

What it does
Once a day this workflow sweeps every open task that is blocked by an upstream dependency owned by a different team. It sorts them by urgency using due-date math, then rewrites a single Notion page so leads have one living view of what is stuck and how bad it is.
When to use it
Use it when blockers are scattered across boards and nobody has a consolidated picture. It gives program managers a daily, ranked snapshot instead of pinging every team lead manually.
How it works
- 1A morning schedule kicks off the run.
- 2The flow queries ClickUp for all tasks in a blocked state with a linked upstream owner.
- 3For each, it calculates days-until-breach from the downstream due date and tags it red, amber, or green.
- 4Items are sorted so the closest-to-breach sit at the top.
- 5The full ranked table is written into the designated Notion roadmap page, replacing yesterday's.
Set it up
What you configure once, before turning it on.
- 1Connect ClickUpDocs + tasks + chats in one workspace.
- 2Connect NotionPages, databases, comments.
- 3Set each agent's modelWe leave models unset so you pick the tier — fast + cheap, or top-quality.
- 4Tune it to your dataEdit the prompts, filters, and field mappings so it matches how your team works.
- 5Test, then turn it onRun once against a sample, confirm the output, then enable the trigger.
