What it does

Hands a whole episode to an agent that owns the repurposing end to end. It transcribes the audio, decides which assets fit the episode, generates them, and delivers each to its proper destination — show notes, a blog article, social quote cards, and a short-form clips brief.

When to use it

Use it when episodes vary enough that a fixed pipeline misses the mark — a solo monologue and a four-guest panel need different treatments. The agent reasons about what each episode warrants instead of forcing one template.

How it works

  1. 1The episode-published webhook hands the agent the audio URL and metadata.
  2. 2The agent transcribes with ElevenLabs and reads the transcript to judge format, topics, and standout moments.
  3. 3It decides the asset mix, then drafts show notes, a long-form blog post, and pull-quotes via OpenAI reasoning.
  4. 4It renders quote cards and routes assets: notes and blog to Notion, cards to social platforms.
  5. 5It posts a clips brief — timestamps and hooks for the best short-form moments — to the video team's Slack channel.
