What it does

Turns a finished episode audio file into a publish-ready Notion page containing a summary, timestamped chapter markers, and SEO-friendly show notes — no manual transcription or note-writing.

When to use it

Use it when a producer drops the final episode mix into a watch folder and you want the editorial assets ready before the host reviews them. Best for shows that publish notes on a website or distribute via Notion.

How it works

  1. 1A new audio file landing in the watched Dropbox folder fires the trigger.
  2. 2ElevenLabs transcribes the audio, returning text with word-level timestamps.
  3. 3OpenAI consumes the timestamped transcript and produces three things in one structured call: a 2-sentence summary, chapter markers with start times, and SEO show notes with keywords.
  4. 4A logic step checks the transcript length — episodes under a configured minimum are flagged as likely test files and skipped.
  5. 5The assembled pack is written to a new Notion page using the show's template, with chapters as a toggle list and notes as body copy.
