CONTENT CREATION
Transcribe a new episode into chapters and show notes
When a finished episode audio file lands in cloud storage, transcribe it, generate timestamped chapter markers and SEO show notes, and publish them to a Notion episode page.
How it runs
The automated pipeline, trigger to output.

- ActionExtract SEO keywords and titleOpenAI
- OutputCreate Notion episode page with notesNotion
What it does
Turns a raw episode recording into a ready-to-publish set of show notes: a clean transcript, timestamped chapter markers, a summary, and a keyword list, all written to a Notion page for your producer to review.
When to use it
Run this the moment an edited episode is exported. It removes the manual hour of scrubbing audio to write chapters and notes, so the episode page is drafted before you even open your editor.
How it works
- 1A new audio file dropped into the Dropbox episodes folder fires the trigger.
- 2ElevenLabs transcribes the audio into a timestamped transcript.
- 3OpenAI segments the transcript into logical topics and emits chapter markers with timestamps plus a 150-word episode summary.
- 4OpenAI extracts SEO keywords and a suggested title from the summary.
- 5The chapters, summary, transcript, and keywords are written to a new Notion page under the show database for producer review.
