CONTENT CREATION
Auto-chapter a recorded Zoom interview and file it in Notion
After a Zoom recording finishes, pull the audio, transcribe it, generate clickable timestamped chapters and a short episode brief.
How it runs
The automated pipeline, trigger to output.
- TriggerZoom recording completedZoom
- ActionTranscribe recording with ElevenLabsElevenLabs
- ActionBuild timestamped chapters + episode briefOpenAI
- OutputAppend chapters and brief to Notion episode pageNotion
What it does
Watches for completed Zoom recordings and turns each one into a chaptered episode entry. It fetches the recording, transcribes it, builds a list of timestamped chapter markers plus a one-paragraph episode brief, and writes everything to the right page in your Notion episode database — no manual download or copy-paste.
When to use it
Use it when you record interviews over Zoom and want chapters ready the moment the call ends. Ideal for teams that track episodes in Notion and want each recording auto-filed and pre-chaptered before an editor opens it.
How it works
- 1A Zoom "recording completed" event triggers the run and provides the recording.
- 2ElevenLabs transcribes the recording audio with timestamps.
- 3An LLM step produces ordered chapter markers (timecode + descriptive title) and a concise episode brief.
- 4The output step locates the matching episode page in the Notion database and appends the chapters and brief, ready for the editor.
Set it up
What you configure once, before turning it on.
- 1Connect ZoomMeetings, recordings, transcripts.
- 2Connect ElevenLabsText-to-speech, voice cloning.
- 3Connect NotionPages, databases, comments.
- 4Connect OpenAIModels, embeddings, files.
- 5Set each agent's modelWe leave models unset so you pick the tier — fast + cheap, or top-quality.
- 6Tune it to your dataEdit the prompts, filters, and field mappings so it matches how your team works.
- 7Test, then turn it onRun once against a sample, confirm the output, then enable the trigger.
