What it does

Acts as an automated editor that reviews drafted show notes before they go live. Pages that meet the bar get marked ready to publish; pages that miss something get sent back to a human with a precise list of what's wrong, so nothing half-finished slips out.

When to use it

Use it when multiple producers draft show notes and you need consistent quality without one person manually proofing every episode. Good for shows publishing several episodes a week where chapter coverage, summary length, and clip timestamps must all be present.

How it works

  1. 1A daily schedule triggers a scan of Notion pages tagged Draft.
  2. 2For each draft, OpenAI scores it against a checklist: summary present, at least three timestamped chapters, clip candidates filled, and no placeholder text.
  3. 3A branch splits passing pages from failing ones.
  4. 4Passing pages are updated in Notion to status Ready to Publish.
  5. 5Failing pages trigger a Slack message to the assigned editor listing the exact missing items and a link to the page.
