Zoom Recorded Interview to Confluence Show Notes
After a Zoom recording finishes processing, pull the cloud recording, transcribe it, and publish structured show notes with chapters and pull-quotes to your team's Confluence…

What it does
For podcasts recorded as Zoom interviews, this captures the cloud recording the moment it's ready and produces an internal show-notes document: a summary, chapter markers, and a set of quotable lines, all written to Confluence where editors and guests can collaborate.
When to use it
Use it when your show is recorded over Zoom and your editorial workflow lives in Confluence. It's built for remote interview shows that need internal notes and guest-approval drafts before anything is published externally.
How it works
- 1A Zoom recording-completed event triggers the flow once cloud processing finishes.
- 2The recording's audio track is fetched and sent to ElevenLabs for a timestamped transcript.
- 3OpenAI produces a summary, chapter list with timestamps, and five strong pull-quotes attributed to the right speaker.
- 4A Confluence page is created in the show's space with the summary, chapters, and quotes formatted for editorial review.
Set it up
What you configure once, before turning it on.
