High-Severity Filing Escalation to PagerDuty and Teams
Continuously watches for adverse regulatory filings on portfolio holdings, and when a filing is judged high-severity (going-concern, restatement.
How it runs
The automated pipeline, trigger to output.

- ActionBrave Search holdings for new filingsBrave Search
- LogicDiscard already-processed filings
- ActionOpenAI judges high-severity rubricOpenAI
- LogicProceed only on high-severity verdict
- ActionPage on-call PM via PagerDutyPagerDuty
- OutputPost filing context to Microsoft TeamsMicrosoft Teams
What it does
This is a tripwire for portfolio-threatening disclosures. It monitors holdings for new filings, has an LLM judge whether the filing signals a high-severity event such as a going-concern doubt, financial restatement, or regulatory enforcement action, and escalates only those. High-severity hits page the on-call portfolio manager and drop full context into a Teams channel.
When to use it
Use it when missing an adverse filing for hours is unacceptable, for example on a concentrated book where a restatement or enforcement action demands a same-hour response. It deliberately stays silent on routine filings so the page always means something.
How it works
- 1A schedule polls frequently throughout the trading day.
- 2Brave Search checks each holding for newly published filings.
- 3A logic step discards already-processed filings.
- 4OpenAI evaluates each new filing against a high-severity rubric and returns a verdict plus rationale.
- 5A logic branch proceeds only on a high-severity verdict.
- 6PagerDuty pages the on-call PM and Microsoft Teams receives the filing summary and link.
