AI AGENTS
Export the completed compliance matrix to a submission doc
On demand, validates that every requirement in an Airtable matrix is answered and approved.
How it runs
The automated pipeline, trigger to output.
- TriggerManually request matrix export
- ActionRead all rows from Airtable matrixAirtable
- LogicGate on unanswered or unapproved rows
- ActionAssemble formatted matrix text with OpenAIOpenAI
- ActionCreate submission document in Google DriveGoogle Drive
- OutputPost document link to Slack for sign-offSlack
What it does
Turns a finished Airtable compliance matrix into a polished, submission-ready document. Before exporting, it verifies every requirement has an approved response and an owner; if any rows are incomplete it stops and reports them instead of producing a half-finished deliverable. Once the matrix passes, it generates a formatted compliance document in Google Drive and shares the link.
When to use it
Use it at the end of an RFP cycle when responses are written and approved and you need a clean, consistently formatted matrix to attach to the bid. It eliminates manual copy-paste and the risk of submitting with blank rows.
How it works
- 1Triggered manually when the team believes the matrix is complete.
- 2All rows are read from the Airtable matrix.
- 3A logic step checks for any unanswered or unapproved requirements.
- 4If gaps exist, a Slack message lists exactly which rows block submission and the run stops.
- 5If clean, OpenAI assembles the formatted matrix text and a Google Drive document is created.
- 6The shareable document link is posted to Slack for final sign-off.
