SUMMARIZATION
Zoom Sales Call → Objection-Handling Coaching Cards in Slack
When a Zoom sales call recording finishes processing, it transcribes the call, extracts every prospect objection with the rep's response.
How it runs
The automated pipeline, trigger to output.
- TriggerZoom cloud recording completedZoom
- ActionFetch call transcript from ZoomZoom
- ActionExtract objections + rep responses + reframesOpenAI
- LogicStop if no objections detected
- OutputDM one coaching card per objection to the repSlack
What it does
Turns a finished Zoom sales call into a short stack of objection-handling coaching cards delivered straight to the rep. Instead of a 45-minute recording, the rep gets 3-6 cards, each naming one objection the prospect raised, what the rep actually said, and a sharper suggested reframe.
When to use it
Run this on every closed-won-or-lost discovery and demo call where you want reps to improve in-the-moment objection handling without a manager hand-reviewing recordings. Best for teams already recording calls in Zoom Cloud.
How it works
- 1**Trigger** — a Zoom cloud recording completes and fires its webhook.
- 2**Action** — fetch the recording's transcript (or audio) from Zoom.
- 3**Action** — summarize with an LLM that isolates each distinct prospect objection, the rep's verbatim response, and an improved reframe.
- 4**Logic** — if no objections were detected, stop silently so reps aren't pinged on clean calls.
- 5**Output** — post one Slack card per objection to the rep's DM, each with objection, response, and coaching tip.
Set it up
What you configure once, before turning it on.
- 1Connect ZoomMeetings, recordings, transcripts.
- 2Connect OpenAIModels, embeddings, files.
- 3Connect SlackChannels, DMs, threads, mentions.
- 4Set each agent's modelWe leave models unset so you pick the tier — fast + cheap, or top-quality.
- 5Tune it to your dataEdit the prompts, filters, and field mappings so it matches how your team works.
- 6Test, then turn it onRun once against a sample, confirm the output, then enable the trigger.

Detects escalations from VIP accounts in Front, generates a one-paragraph executive recap, and pages the named account exec via Slack and Salesforce task within minutes.
Release health note per Vercel deploy
When a Vercel deploy goes live, summarizes the Sentry errors observed in the release window into a plain-English health note that separates brand-new error classes…
Rollback recommendation when a deploy spikes errors
When a Sentry alert fires for an error spike, attributes it to the most recent deploy, summarizes whether the spike is dominated by new error classes introduced by that release.
