How it runs

The automated pipeline, trigger to output.

  • TriggerNew Lead created in SalesforceSalesforce
  • ActionEnrich firmographics from email domainApify
  • LogicMatch HQ location to territory owner
  • ActionUpdate Lead owner and enriched fieldsSalesforce
  • OutputNotify assigned rep in SlackSlack

What it does

Every new inbound lead gets enriched with company size, industry, and headquarters location, then is assigned to the rep who owns that geographic territory. The lead owner field is updated and the rep is notified in Slack.

When to use it

Run this when your inbound volume outgrows manual round-robin and you want leads to land with the correct territory owner the moment they arrive, with no SDR triage step.

How it works

  1. 1A new Lead is created in Salesforce, firing the trigger.
  2. 2An enrichment call pulls firmographics (employee count, industry, HQ country/state) for the lead's email domain.
  3. 3A territory-mapping step matches the HQ location to your territory table and resolves the owning rep.
  4. 4The Salesforce Lead is updated with the enriched fields and the new OwnerId.
  5. 5The assigned rep is pinged in Slack with the lead name, company, and a deep link to the record.
