How it runs

The automated pipeline, trigger to output.

  • TriggerWebhook fires on a MAP step changeHTTP webhook
  • LogicClassify deal as on-track, slipping, or stalled
  • ActionUpdate the Notion close-plan page statusNotionNotion
  • ActionWrite health value to the Salesforce opportunitySalesforce
  • OutputAppend a regression note to Notion if newly stalledNotionNotion

What it does

Reacts the instant a mutual action plan step changes in your buyer-facing deal room. It recomputes whether the champion is on track, behind, or stalled, then writes the refreshed status to the deal's Notion close-plan page and stamps a health value back onto the Salesforce opportunity so forecasting reflects real execution.

When to use it

Use it when your MAP lives in a shared deal room and you want plan health to stay current the moment a step is checked off or missed — no nightly batch lag. Ideal for keeping Salesforce stages honest against what the buyer is actually doing.

How it works

  1. 1A webhook fires whenever a MAP step is created, completed, or its due date passes.
  2. 2A logic step classifies the deal as on-track, slipping, or stalled from the step states.
  3. 3The Notion close-plan page is updated with the new status and the list of outstanding buyer steps.
  4. 4The matching health field on the Salesforce opportunity is updated to mirror the classification.
  5. 5If the deal flipped to stalled, a final note is appended to Notion flagging the regression.
