How it runs

The automated pipeline, trigger to output.

  • ActionRead all cards on the MAP boardTrelloTrello
  • LogicKeep cards past due and not in Done
  • ActionEmail each stalled step owner a nudgeGmailGmail
  • OutputPost stalled-step digest to AE Slack channelSlack

What it does

Keeps a buyer-seller mutual action plan (MAP) honest. Every weekday it reads the deal's Trello board, finds steps that are past due and still not done, emails the responsible owner a polite nudge, and posts a digest to the AE's Slack channel so nothing quietly slips.

When to use it

Run this when you manage complex B2B deals as a shared Trello checklist and steps routinely stall because no one is watching due dates. Best for AEs and deal desks who run one MAP board per opportunity.

How it works

  1. 1A daily schedule fires on weekday mornings.
  2. 2The flow pulls every card on the MAP board, including its due date, owner, and list (status).
  3. 3A filter keeps only cards that are past due and not in a Done list.
  4. 4For each stalled card it sends the owner a Gmail nudge naming the step and original due date.
  5. 5It compiles all stalled steps into one Slack message to the AE's channel so they can escalate.
