What it does

This scheduled workflow batches every discovery call recorded in the last seven days, scores each one against MEDDIC, joins the scores to their Salesforce opportunities, and publishes a single ranked report of the most under-qualified deals weighted by amount and stage.

When to use it

Run it before weekly pipeline review when managers need a defensible, repeatable view of qualification health across the team rather than a per-call ping. It answers "which open deals have the weakest MEDDIC and the most money on the line."

How it works

  1. 1A weekly schedule fires Monday morning.
  2. 2The workflow lists all Zoom recordings from the past week and fetches their transcripts.
  3. 3Each transcript is scored across the six MEDDIC fields by an OpenAI prompt that returns a 0-6 coverage score.
  4. 4Scores are joined to open Salesforce opportunities and ranked by amount times missing-field count.
  5. 5A formatted report of the top under-qualified deals is posted to the sales Slack channel.
