What it does
This is an agent-driven coaching workflow. Rather than a fixed score, the agent reads the whole Zoom discovery transcript, reasons about how well the rep ran a MEDDIC-style conversation, quotes specific moments where a field was missed or fumbled, and produces a narrative coaching writeup with concrete rephrasings the rep can reuse.

How it works
