Zoom Objection Recap Slack Briefing for the Deal Owner
Within minutes of a Zoom discovery call ending, it summarizes the top objections and sends the rep a private Slack briefing with the rebuttals to prepare and one suggested next…
How it runs
The automated pipeline, trigger to output.
- TriggerZoom recording completedZoom
- ActionPull transcript from ZoomZoom
- ActionSummarize top objections and next step with OpenAIOpenAI
- LogicResolve host Slack user or fall back to sales channel
- OutputSend private briefing to the deal owner in SlackSlack
What it does
This template gives the rep a fast, private Slack recap right after a Zoom discovery call. It distills the call into the three most important objections, the rebuttal angle for each, and one concrete next action, delivered as a direct message so the rep can act before the context fades.
When to use it
Use it when speed matters more than a polished document. Reps who finish a call and immediately move to the next thing get a tight Slack nudge that captures what to follow up on, instead of a transcript they will never reopen.
How it works
- 1A Zoom recording-completed event starts the flow.
- 2The transcript is pulled from Zoom.
- 3OpenAI produces a short briefing: top three objections, a one-line rebuttal each, and a single recommended next step.
- 4A logic step routes the briefing to the call host's Slack user, falling back to a shared sales channel if the host can't be resolved.
- 5The briefing is sent as a formatted Slack message to the deal owner.
Set it up
